Daphne Brooks named 2022 Guggenheim Fellow and Cullman Fellow at New York Public Library

Daphne Brooks, the William R. Kenan, Jr. Professor of African American Studies, American Studies, Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies, and Music, has been named a 2022 Guggenheim Fellow. Professor Brooks will use the fellowship to work on a full-length study of George Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess. Read more in the Yale Daily News.
